This Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) governs your use of the Regnyctix.com website (the “Site”) and your participation in the NYNJ World Cup ticket registration lottery (“Lottery”). By accessing the Site or participating in the Lottery, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must not use the Site or participate in the Lottery.

Eligibility and Participation

Residency and Age: Participation in the Lottery is strictly limited to current residents of New York City who are fifteen (15) years of age or older as of the date of registration. Regnyctix.com reserves the right to verify the residency and age of all participants and winners.
Entry Limitations: Eligible individuals may submit one (1) entry per day during the registration period. Multiple entries on the same day by the same individual will result in disqualification for that day’s entry. The registration period runs for six (6) days, with a daily cap of 50,000 entries. Once the daily cap is reached, registration will close until 10 AM ET the following day.
Minors: Participants under the age of eighteen (18) must provide contact information for a parent or legal guardian during registration. Parental or guardian consent may be required for ticket purchase and attendance.

Lottery Process and Winner Notification

Notification: Randomly selected New Yorkers will be notified of their winning status via the email address provided during registration on June 3rd. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure their email address is accurate and to check their inbox, including spam or junk folders, for notification.
Ticket Purchase Window: Winners will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to complete the purchase of up to two (2) tickets at a price of $50 per ticket. Failure to purchase tickets within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the right to purchase, and tickets may be offered to an alternate winner.
Ticket Limits: Each winning individual is eligible to purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets.

Verification and Ticket Redemption

Identity and Residency Verification: Regnyctix.com and its partners reserve the right to request proof of identity and New York City residency from any participant or winner. Acceptable forms of verification may include, but are not limited to, official government-issued IDs, pay stubs, school transcripts, rental or mortgage agreements, or recent utility bills. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of ticket purchase rights.
In-Person Ticket Collection: Tickets must be picked up in person on match day from a designated location. Winners will be provided details regarding the pick-up location and time.
Transportation: Complimentary round-trip bus transportation to MetLife Stadium will be provided from the designated ticket pick-up location.
Non-Transferable Tickets: All tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred to another individual. Any attempt to transfer tickets will render them void. No exceptions will be made.

Limitation of Liability

Regnyctix.com, its affiliates, partners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or participate in the Lottery; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

The Released Parties make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Lottery, the tickets, or any related services, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Regnyctix.com is not responsible for technical malfunctions, errors, or data corruption that may occur during the registration process or winner notification.

Content Usage

All content on the Regnyctix.com website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Regnyctix.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this Site is strictly prohibited.

The information provided on this Site is for general informational purposes only. While we endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability with respect to the Site or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose.
